Australian-Style Roller Shutter Door Roll Forming Machine
The Australian-style roller shutter door roll forming machine combines precision cold roll forming with automatic control. The line is equipped with 16–24 high-precision, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant forming stations, and can process 0.4–1.5 mm high-strength galvanized steel or pre-painted galvalume steel. A full-servo digital measuring system supports accurate cutting and flexible high-volume production.
The finished Australian-style shutter panels feature deep corrugations and reinforcing ribs designed to fit C-type guide rails. These panels provide wind resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-pry performance for retail shops, modern garages, and industrial buildings.
