Door Frame Roll Forming Machine
Bohai’s door frame roll forming machine is engineered for steel door frame profiles in multiple specifications. Bohai offers different machine models for door frame manufacturing, supporting sheet thicknesses of 1.0–2.0 mm and 16–28 forming stations.
One machine can be configured to produce multiple profile models. A servo cut-to-length system keeps length deviation within ±1 mm, making the line suitable for batch production by door and window manufacturers. The machine integrates decoiling, leveling, roll forming, punching, measuring, cutting, and stacking, with production speed reaching 12–18 m/min. Non-standard profile customization is also available.
