Truck Body Panel Roll Forming Machine
The truck body panel roll forming machine is specially designed to produce standard logistics truck side wall panels, as well as roof panels for transport compartments. It supports sheet thicknesses of 1.2–3.0 mm and is equipped with 20–28 forming stations to ensure stable panel forming. The hydraulic cut-to-length system helps keep the panel surface flat, accurate, and free from deformation.
For roof panel production, the machine can be equipped with dedicated leveling and curved roller sets to form uniform corrugations with strong compression resistance. Optional automatic punching can be integrated to preset drainage holes, improving sealing performance and structural strength. Non-standard profile customization is also available to meet different truck body production requirements.
