Shipping Container Beam Roll Forming Machine
The shipping container beam roll forming machine is developed for producing structural beams used in container manufacturing, including main beams, side beams, and other load-bearing profiles. Through cold roll forming, the line processes steel coils into C-shaped, H-shaped, or custom-section beams with stable dimensional consistency.
The forming machine can be configured for 20 ft containers, 40 ft containers, high-cube containers, open-top containers, and other container types. Selected configurations can also be adapted for modular house beams, special vehicle frames, and other non-standard structural profiles.
